Hello
I turn chaos into systems.
For over 20 years, I've been the person who walks into operational messes and builds the structure that makes everything work. I've coordinated enterprise software rollouts, automated workflows, saved companies hundreds of thousands of dollars, and trained teams to run like machines.
Now I'm bringing those same enterprise-level systems to startups, small businesses, and women who are tired of drowning in chaos.
If you need structure, process, and clarity—I build that.
My Story
The best leaders I ever met weren't in boardrooms. They were grandmas running households like operations, neighbor ladies who could rally a community with three phone calls, regular women who just handled things because things needed handling.
Nobody called it leadership. But that's exactly what it was.
At 25, I ran a company's daily operations: payroll, hiring, vendor management, sales coordination while the owner focused on vision and funding. No MBA, no formal training. Just figure it out.
After that, I went back to school and earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Security & Intelligence with a minor in Computer Information Systems. Then I spent 12 years in enterprise IT at companies that required regular compliance training and Lean methodology. I recently obtained my Six Sigma Green Belt.
I coordinated software rollouts, built tracking systems from scratch, automated workflows, and saved one company over $250,000 by eliminating operational waste. I documented processes, trained teams, and turned chaos into repeatable systems.
What I'm exceptional at: thinking outside the box to solve problems, turning chaos into processes, automating what can be automated, and bringing people together to facilitate real discussion. That's what I do. I see the mess, I build the system, and I make it work.
I'm still doing this work in the corporate enterprise world. I'm really good at it, and I'm ready to start transitioning away from the corporate environment and toward startups and small businesses where the people I work with daily actually benefit the most from the systems I build.
Why I Built Untrained Matriarch
I watched talented women (women with skills, experience, and drive) struggle to turn what they know into stable income. Not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked structure.
The same structure I was building for companies? Women needed it for themselves.
So I'm bringing enterprise-level systems to regular people:
-
The protocols that turn chaos into clarity
-
The frameworks that make things repeatable
-
The structure that works even when motivation doesn't
No theory. No fluff. Just real systems that actually work.
What I Believe
Success doesn't come from hustling harder or "finding your passion." It comes from structure, process, and clarity.
The women who figure this out (the ones who stop waiting for permission and start building systems) they're the ones who win.
That's what we're doing here. Building the Anti-Chaos Movement.
